I wanted to share my exceptional experience during my recent stay at The Westin Palace Milano. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was both rich and delicious. The hotel's central location was also a significant advantage for exploring Milan. I would like to suggest that the reception staff inform guests in advance or upon arrival about the deposit charge, which is refunded at check-out. Thanks to the hotel's excellent and prompt communication, we received our deposit back within 10 days. Overall, everything was excellent, and I warmly recommend The Westin Palace Milano for a stay in Milan.

Great location close to downtown and not too close to the very busy centre of the city. If you are driving a car to Milan I would highly recommend this hotel as it is outside of the core area but still within walking distance to the duomo. Rooms are very spacious and recently renovated. The lobby is beautifully decorated as is the lounge and bar area.

The room was clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel offered two quality restaurant options. We ate at the lobby restaurant on both nights of our stay and found it to be excellent. Breakfast too did not disappoint. The staff were great and very attentive.

Loved the property. Stunning and newly renovated. Staff was lovely, especially the lovely people at the desk and Hakima, who went above and beyond to make sure we had our food to go. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location is out of the way but not so far that you feel like you’re missing Milan.

The room was a really good size, well appointed and I could move the chairs to have enough space for a yoga mat. The bed was huge and pillows / duvet very comfortable. That’s an essential for me. I had the good surprise to find a high quality hair dryer and a portable steamer in the wardrobe, which I used. The bathtub was small but I love a bath and was grateful for it. Mini bar items are free, high quality amenities. The room service was good and fast, with one exception due to a big conference, staff in the bar were incredibly thoughtful and efficient. Bar food including the risotto were excellent. The hotel could use with some design updates in the rooms, but overall it was good.

The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was so good. The rooms spacious and really well decorated,the bathroom specifically is really spacious and clean I let the staff know my birthday is coming up and they left me a treat and made my stay special.
